It all started in 1988, when Dan began selling locally-made summer sausages out of the back of his Dodge Dart to businesses in the Seattle area. With his friendly demeanor and upbeat personality, his snacks started to gain traction around town and Dan the Sausageman was born.
30 years later and the business is still family owned and run. With a small team, which includes his mom, Chirlee, and nephew, Kyle, Dan the Sausageman still creates unique and top-quality gift boxes. As the business has grown throughout the years and gained popularity especially within the local community, Dan still depends on relationship-building and quality customer service to set his brand apart from the other guys.
