Not until it's opened. Our summer sausage is shelf stable while sealed, fully cooked and ready to eat. Refrigerate it after opening.

Yes. Dan's Original and Garlic summer sausages are gluten free and 100% beef, with no pork. Dan's Sweet Hot Mustard is not gluten free.
