Refund policy

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

At Dan the Sausage Man, we stand behind the quality of every gift basket we ship. If you or your recipient are not completely satisfied, please contact us right away — we will make it right.

Because we sell perishable food products, our return process differs from traditional retail items.

Food & Perishable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable food items.

However:

  • If your item arrives damaged

  • If products are missing

  • If your order is incorrect

  • If quality does not meet expectations

  • If your package arrives late and affects freshness

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will gladly:

  • Replace the item

  • Reship the gift

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide store credit

Our goal is simple: happy customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take a photo of the item and packaging.

  2. Email us at info@danthesausageman.com within 5 days of delivery.

  3. Include your order number.

We will resolve the issue quickly.
