Customer Shipping Information

  • All orders placed by 2:00pm PST (Monday – Friday) will ship same day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. In summer months we may upgrade to minimize heat exposure.
  • All orders are charged shipping per address. Each address must meet minimum of $59.95 to qualify for FREE shipping.
  • A business/transit day does not include the day the order was placed. Saturday and Sunday also do not count as transit or delivery days.
  • For example, an order placed 5pm Monday with 2-day air express will ship on Tuesday, for scheduled delivery Thursday.
  • At this time, most carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates, though we have not found this to be an issue. Please no P.O. Boxes.
  • Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped 2-day air express
  • We ship only within the continental US. No military boxes or PO boxes, please.

We do not have physical stores at this time. Back in the day, we had one small shop in Burien. It has been gone for a few years now.

Consider the shipping rate you selected, and keep in mind that Fed Ex and UPS do not consider Saturday and Sunday as transit days.

Yes, up until the time it is unpackaged, the summer sausage does not need to be refrigerated. After opening, please refrigerate. It does not need to be cooked.
