United StatesI ordered the Bare Necessities box as a Christmas gift for my parents. The package made it to their area but was diverted back across country. I found about the mishap on December 23 and immediately called Dan's. The person who answered the phone was so kind and gracious. Though not their fault, he sent out another order, overnight express, which my parents received the following afternoon. They loved the contents of the package and I am so appreciative of their amazing customer service, especially during this hectic buying/shipping season. Thank you!
