    Wrong message for gift.

    The gift message delivered was intended for someone other than my gift recipient. It was a guessing game for our business associate on who was sent the package. Thankfully our business associate asked us if it was possibly from us and so it worked out.

    Great service!

    Had a shipping issue, carrier lost shipment, they immediately overnighted another shipment and took the charges off. Got our gift in time. Great product and great service!
