Check out this INCREDIBLE pasta salad recipe Chicago Food Dude Anthony Martorina made using our Roasted Garlic and Red Pepper summer sausage:

Pasta Salad:
- 1 pound cooked tri-color pasta
- 10 ounces Dan the Sausageman Summer Sausage, quartered and sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup of green, red & orange bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Italian Dressing:
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp agave
- 2 tsp each dry basil & oregano
- Black pepper & sea salt to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped

1. Blend up the dressing, then mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Dish yourself a bowl and enjoy!
