From one waterfront town to another

Annapolis is one of our most frequent destinations on the East Coast. Our boxes make easy gifts for Navy families, friends on the Chesapeake and offices around the state capital.

Shipping coast to coast takes longer than shipping next door, so plan ahead for birthdays and holidays. Weekday orders placed by 1:00 PM Pacific ship the same day, and you can choose a faster UPS service at checkout.

Family Owned and Operated Since 1988

A family business since 1988

In 1988, Dan started selling sausage and other snacks out of his ‘74 Dodge Dart. He drove his reliable old car from the main streets of Seattle to the foothills of Mount Rainier, entering businesses to present his Original Summer Sausages as well as other local treats. He admits it was not easy, but he welcomed the challenge. After a few months he perfected his introduction; he would enter an office and say, “I am Dan the Sausageman!” People would laugh, Dan would sell, and Dan the Sausageman was born!
