Gifts for the Eastside, from a Northwest family

Bellevue runs on busy calendars, from downtown offices to the neighborhoods around Lake Sammamish. A gourmet gift box is an easy way to say thank you: it arrives ready to open, looks great on a desk or a kitchen counter, and gets shared.

Every box is built around our naturally smoked, 100% beef summer sausage and paired with cheeses, mustards and Northwest treats. Need gifts for a whole team? We handle it in one order.

Family Owned and Operated Since 1988

A family business since 1988

In 1988, Dan started selling sausage and other snacks out of his ‘74 Dodge Dart. He drove his reliable old car from the main streets of Seattle to the foothills of Mount Rainier, entering businesses to present his Original Summer Sausages as well as other local treats. He admits it was not easy, but he welcomed the challenge. After a few months he perfected his introduction; he would enter an office and say, “I am Dan the Sausageman!” People would laugh, Dan would sell, and Dan the Sausageman was born!
