A Northwest gift for Portland

Portland and Seattle share a lot: the rain, the coffee, and a love of good local food. Our gift boxes pair Dan's naturally smoked summer sausage with cheeses, mustards and treats from around the Pacific Northwest.

Oregon addresses get the same Express shipping rate as Washington: $9.95, or free on orders of $75 or more. And because Oregon has no sales tax, the price you see is the price you pay for the box.

Family Owned and Operated Since 1988

A family business since 1988

In 1988, Dan started selling sausage and other snacks out of his ‘74 Dodge Dart. He drove his reliable old car from the main streets of Seattle to the foothills of Mount Rainier, entering businesses to present his Original Summer Sausages as well as other local treats. He admits it was not easy, but he welcomed the challenge. After a few months he perfected his introduction; he would enter an office and say, “I am Dan the Sausageman!” People would laugh, Dan would sell, and Dan the Sausageman was born!
