Practically neighbors

Our kitchen in Burien is a short drive from Kent, so sending a gift here is about as local as it gets. From the East Hill to the Kent Valley, our boxes go to birthdays, game nights and offices all over town.

Running a warehouse or a shop floor? A party tray or a big Special Delivery box in the break room is a simple way to thank the crew.

Family Owned and Operated Since 1988

A family business since 1988

In 1988, Dan started selling sausage and other snacks out of his ‘74 Dodge Dart. He drove his reliable old car from the main streets of Seattle to the foothills of Mount Rainier, entering businesses to present his Original Summer Sausages as well as other local treats. He admits it was not easy, but he welcomed the challenge. After a few months he perfected his introduction; he would enter an office and say, “I am Dan the Sausageman!” People would laugh, Dan would sell, and Dan the Sausageman was born!
